Can I view my child's photo before ordering?
We operate on a pre-paid ordering system, which allows for a faster turnaround time, and more affordable packages. If you're unhappy with your photos for any reason, we may be able to exchange them or you can return them for a full refund. You can also place a late order after viewing the photos at the centre, however this will include a small late order fee.
What day will my child's photo be taken?
If we are working at your centre over multiple days, we generally aim to photograph each child on the first day they attend. We recommend sending your child dressed for photos on the first photography day they attend, however if you would prefer a particular day for some reason, please just add a note to your online order or on your envelope. We work to a fairly flexible schedule, so can generally accommodate these requests easily.
When will the photos be ready?
Pre-Ordered packages are generally ready for collection from the centre within 2 weeks of the last day of photography (including unscheduled catch up days). However some factors (such as public holidays, distance or centre staff being on leave) may result in a small delivery delay. I forgot to place an order on time. Can I still get my photos?
Yes! Provided your child was present for photos, we should have a photo of them. We keep all the photos on file indefinitely and photos from previous years are still available for order. You can place an order online here, and we will have it mailed directly to you (a small postage and handling fee will apply). Please email us at to confirm that a sibling photo was taken before ordering sibling packages late.
Can I bring in a sibling who doesn't attend the centre for a sibling photo?
Yes! We recommend arriving as close to the start time as possible to avoid any wait time to get your photo done. Ask our staff about the best packages to suit your needs.
I don't need a full package. What options do you have?
Our packages are quite small, to avoid wasting lots and lots of photos (as well as keeping costs down!) However, we also offer a digital only option, which allows you to have the photo for sharing online or to print whenever needed. To order a digital only package, click here.
