If you do not have your password yet, then your digital files are not ready for download.

If you have ordered a digital only package, please ask your centre for the postcard which was included with print orders containing your password.

If you do not have a password yet, please do not try to access the photos early or ask us for early access.

We know you're eager, but this just takes up our time, and slows down our efforts to deliver the photo packages for everyone.
